Tribe XX Lab is a women-centred community in Lagos connecting women through culture, creative practice, entrepreneurship, community and social impact.
A shared community, work and wellness club for educated, cultured, upwardly mobile women (and their allies) with a heart for philanthropy and community service. With carefully curated programming from vetted and trusted voices in art, culture, policy, education and professional disciplines, Tribe XX Lab is a place where women gather to explore civic engagement, political participation, investing, philanthropy, wellness, art, real estate, entertainment and everything else. Members of Tribe XX Lab are real women living real lives who are successful on their own terms.

Tribe XX Lab has developed initiatives addressing gender equality, sexual harassment, gender-based violence, safer social spaces and other issues affecting women and communities.

Emalohi Iruobe founded Tribe XX Lab in Lagos in 2018. Her work across community building, gender equality, entrepreneurship, culture and social advocacy has shaped Tribe XX's development.
